The workout regimen is comprised of 5 minutes of stretching and two rounds of circuit training

Female rotate through a sphere of 12 hydraulic- resistance machines. The work-out equipment is designed to vary the intensity and training regimens. For example, one machine provides strength training. Members are prescribed to alternate between 30 seconds on each machine and half minute spurt of jogging in place.

Although the hydraulic machinery is verisimilar to traditional bodybuilding machines, the difference is in the pace of the exercise. Dissimilar to a regular training session where weights are added, these machines are utilized with intensity in mind. In other words, women are supposed to lift faster to accelerate the resistance.
