Hey, im 16yr old male and am going on 2 3 day hikes in teh none to distant future. We are backpacking over a long dist (not to sure how long) and i was wondering how i could take advantage of these to loose a bit of weight. I am just over 12st and am just looking to loose a bit of "blubber" over my stomach to define my abs if possible. I was wondering if any certain foods i could take to eat and what not to eat and anything else i can do to help my cause, thanks in advance.
