I have been following a lo-carb diet for a year now, and the BEST thing that could ever happen to me is I'm now expecting...... With that said I'm now worried about the lifestyle I chose is going to have to end or I'm hoping can continue! Has anyone ever gone thru a pregnancy and followed a low-carb diet? is there any tips or knowledge I should know? I have asked the doctor and the life style I have chosen was always OK for me that is... Now I'm worried about my unborn child should I be drinking Regular milk which is a no no ? or will the lo-carb milk on the market today be just as good?
Really looking for other opinions
