A common discomfort for both male and female walkers and runners alike. A quick and easy remedy is a tea-tree anticeptic lotion. Rub it into your groin and inner thighs a couple of times a day, for a couple of weeks. And if you feel like it, a good quality pair of bike pants under your shorts when you run will give the inflamation in the skin time to settle down. Keep on runnin'!
