Over the past 2 weeks I've had a nagging muscle problem in my legs. I hurt my hip and my quad the same way. After swinging a bat the first step to push off the ground i would feel the initial pain and then it would only hurt when i ran all out. If i take it easy and only stroll i really don't feel it. Its just really annoying and having to take it easy gets me mad. Is there a way to prevent this, I've tried the simple stretches and they really don't help. Any advice or am i doing something wrong. I appreciate any input.
