I'm 20 and have about 20 pounds to lose. I began working out at a gym every day for about an hour, compliting a full body workout every couple of days. Consulting the gym instructer about which diet I should be on together with my workout he adviced me the low-carb diet and to eat alot of protein right after a work out. But now another instructer told me that I should do just the opposite and eat a fine amount of carbs after a workout because if not, my body that just burned the carbs will not go on to burning the fat, but instead to burning the protein, same protein that i need for increasing my muscle mass in order to shape up my body.
I'm all confused!
There are so many diet plans and workout plans, but there are no advices on how to property combine a work out with a diet for fat loss and body shaping.
Please help.
