I've heard that taking fairly large doses of vitamin B12 can increase your appetite. Is this true. Any thoughts. |

if your on a normal routine training 3 days a week no longer than 45 mins with a days rest inbetween ie monday wednesday friday. do you still stick to the same routine when on a course of steroids or can you train 4 days on the trot and more than an hour?? |

Hi, I just started out weight lifting about two months ago. I am only able to work out three times a week Monday Wednesday and Friday, for about one hour each day. My question is would it be better to work out just every muscle every day or concentrate on lower/upper body on alternating days? My only concern is if I do the former I can't do as many sets per workout, and if I do the latter then I only work each muscle essentially twice every eight days. Thanks for your help! |

you can work out every day but you should super set and also work the opposing muscles (bicep.tricep.)mondays should be chest and back. tuesdays should be arms and legs. don't for get the cardio. there's nothing wrong with a man doing tae bo. |

Ok, so help me....my partner loves toned women and I have promised to have him on his knees by christmas. presently 140lbs and need to drop 16lbs to be happy. how much cardio versus weights should I be doing and what? come on guys and girls...a 3 carat rock rides on this one!!!!!! |
