Hi every one.
i am 19 old male who have been trying to
lose wieght.....i already lost some but i cant lose more......although i do the same exercises everyday......
i am 170 cm long and 74 kg wieght.
if u know any sport system that can help me..
please post it here
my training system now is:
1- jogging for 30 minutes.
2- chest exercises (200 times)

but i dont want to build....i WANT TO LOSE WIEGHT.
help me please.

NOTICE: i cant do sport more than 1.5 hour a day
cuz i am a medical studint and i have no more time.

30 mins of jogging a day should be great, it will just take time now providing that you aren't taking in more calories than you'll need...
