I am have been a keen bodybuilder for the past 4 years, going to the gym every day. Anyway I broke the bone under the biecep about 6 weeks ago. I would like to know if I will be ever able to train as hard or lift as much as I once did. I have had many people tell me that the bone becomes stronger once you break it. Does anyone know if this is true, or have any other info.
