I am 19 male and i kinda have this problem with my chest muscle, judging by a diagram i believe its the pectoralis muscle. First of all, the left side of my chest is fine, i would say it was at least regular for my body, but my right 'pectoralis' muscle is totally not there, or it is, just way out of proportion to the other. It's always seem to have been like this since i can remember.

I've been doing some kind of exerises and its still early on, but i don't have time to get to a gym and fit a proper work out in, i just don't have the time! i do play football alot, go out and work so it's not like i don't get exersise.

I guess what i'd like to know is the best way to encourage the growth of this muscle? Any ideas would be great! thanks!
