I am a bodybuilder who has packed on muscle over the years, i feel now that i have put on to much weight, muscle wise i was wondering if anyone knew a good way to loose weight without having the muscle turn to fat I am 250 lbs now and would like to get down to around a healthy 215-220

Muscle doesn't "turn into fat". If you eat lower than maintenance calories, maybe adjust your workout, you will get smaller.

If i understand this right you are saying you have too much muscle and very low body fat? That would make you a healthy 250 pound bodybuilder who doesn't know how to lose wieght? Riiigghhht....
