I used to be very athletic and had a bubble butt. I quit exercising and had a child. I lost all of my pregnancy weight and am a little smaller than what I used to be before I had my baby. I have a smaller butt now. What are the best exercises I can do to perk up my bottom half

You have to do exercises that will work your buttocks: stepper(put resistance on high to get quicker results), long stride jogging/walking and, of course, squats. If you really want that bubble, take a low-carb low-fat weight gain drink- that will help you develop the lovely muscles back there. If you do squats, don't overextend your knees, and start off with lower weight and work up;the more weight you do them with, the better the results. Have someone spot you on larger weights. If you haven't done the stepper, your muscles will feel it, especially the ones right above your knees, so don't overdo it right away. Keep working at it, and you'll be pleased with the results.

i want to build thigh mass. i want a rounder butt and my breast to lift and perk or do something else besides just sit there looking little. i am a female. is there a pill, is there a shake. dont give me exercise because if i cant picture what you say how can i do them correctly at home. keep in mind i still want to look feminin
