right, 1st things 1st.. i am 24, ive been lazy for years and im more overweight than i would like, ive always had a problem to some degree with temperatures, i go out with my mates.. im standing around sweating myself to bits while the entire bar is fine..
about 2-3 weeks ago a few things changed in my life and im now on a health and weightloss drive, but i was wondering if anyone has any good tips for some sort of heat training, a way of directly adressing the situation for improvment, im aware that the exercise and fitness levels will help alot, i was just hoping that there was something else that can be done in addition to this to move things along??
