That is a great question. I have the same problem. I think if your main focus is on cardio, w/ some weight training, but not excessive, then it'll be perfect. You maintain your muscle and maybe even gain a little, but you're mainly burning fat. Anyone agree?

greysquirrel is right. anytime you want to lose weight, think CARDIO.

to go with this you need to do some weight training, but the best way to not become bulky is to use LIGHT WEIGHTS, with HIGH REPITITIONS.

if you want big bulky muscles then go for heavy weights and lower reps, but if you just want to look lean, lighter weights but more of them is better.
