I am 48 yrs from India......go to the gym at 7 30 am ........my routine is moderate nothing very heavy. Is it advisable to eat something before I exercise? Say an hour or so prior to the gym routine?

2 hours to one hour before working out is ideal. probably eat something light and nutritious. abd drink about 20 ounces of water 20 minutes prior to working out is also good for you too, and drink 8-10 onces every 20-30 minutes of exercise
