I have questions about simple abdominal exercises. I have been doing many sets of abdominal exercises every day, such vertical leg crunches, traditional crunches, and the ab rocker at the same time. When I started this self-program about two months ago, the various exercises seemed to work well all together. I did them all consistently, and I would feel an excellent burn, and would see some difference in my abs. However, about 2 months after I started this, I feel no more burn. I do this program two times a day for the same amount of time, but the more I seem to do it, the more I seem to not be getting toner. I recently purchased the EZ Crunch, and I hope this works, but if it doesn't, what can I do to improve my own program, and see more results in a lesser amount of time.
