I'm into bodyweight training and i'm wondering if it is safe to di it every day, does anyone know if it is safe?

You can do it every day that's ok however you should take at least one day off a week because your body needs rest. Also I suggest changing exersizes ever month so that you don't plateu as soon.

It is safe to do it everyday but try and have at least 1 day off. and obviously if your muscles feel sore have a day off.

I am a trainer and you really should not work the same muscle group everyday. By training the muscles everyday you will end up with injury and also you will end up loosing muscle. You muscles get micro tears in them when you lift weights. I order for them to repair they need 48 hours of rest. This is where you will gain muscle. You end up increase the cells within your muscle and make them stronger. By working them everyday you are only causing the muscles to keep breaking down and they never get a chance to rebuild.
