I've been questioned on whether or not the stepper/stairmaster actually enlarges the size of your calves. I am not sure how to answer this question- so does anyone else have any facts on this? |

it can do depending on your technique!!! if u raise your heels off the steps every time your feet go up then u will actually b performing small calf raises with every step... naturally workin and increasing defenition of your calf muscles, hope this helps! |

to clarify, does naturally working & increasing the definition of your calf muscles mean that you are in fact enlarging the size of your calves??? i want to shrink my calves, elongate them but so far nobody has offered any advice on how to accomplish this. is this an impossible feat? |

if you want calve muscle try jumping inside and outside of a line or yardstick or jumprope on the floor with your feet together. it works really good and makes your legs hurt after awhile which means its working. i'd go for about 10 minutes each time you do it |
