i used to run almost every day and not i have not for a good month. i wanted to know if anyone knew how long its going to take me to get back in to shape and to tone the once toned areas. i have not slacked off completely, i just need to tone my butt and upper outer thighs.

*can anyone help???

Try a little aerobic training with your runs, maybe go to the track run a lap, do squats, thrusts(squat and jump), calf raises, and lunges. Do this as much as you can handle, you will lose body fat as well as tone your butt, thigh, and calf areas. Be careful doing thrusts, wait until your body is ready.
