ok...everytime i start working out, i seem to get stretch marks on my front shoulder area. What do i need to do to avoid getting more and more. it happens when i do push ups, am i going too fast or what?

Hey im in preety good shape doing a fare bit of cardio workouts and wieghtlifting i am getting the same problem stretch marks near the underarms under the shoulder what can i do to get rid of these how should i approach my fitness rutine in order to prevent futher marks

You can't make stretch marks go away. They can get lighter though which are hardly noticable. If you gain weight fast or loose weight fast, thats what causes them.

I HAVE A QUESTION... I RECENTLY NOTICED STRETCH MARKS ON MY SIDES OF MY STOMACH AND I HAVE NO KIDS. I DONT LIKE TAKING PILL SUPPLEMENTS BUT IS THERE A WORK OUT THAT CAN PREVENT MORE FROM COMING OR STOP THE ONES I HAVE NOW??????? WHAT 2 DO
