I'm 5'3 (woman) and 125 lbs. I've had 3 kids over the last 9 years and have never been fat but I don't like the way my body looks.

I started working out 4-5 days a week 14 weeks ago. I do a combination of running on treadmill, trampoline, weight training for arms, lunges, squats and crunches. My workouts usually last 40-60 minutes. I make sure that I get the cardio (treadmill or trampoline) in 4-5 days a week and I do the abs and arms as much as I can, usually 3-4 days a week.

I'm just starting to see results in my arms and legs. BUT, my abs seem to have gotten flabbie(my clothes feel tighter). I haven't changed my eating habits b/c I eat pretty healthy. I usually get 64 oz of water in a day and eat light. I counted the calories every day for a week, they were between 1200-1600 calories.

What am I doing wrong? Why would my abs be getting bigger?

ALSO, does it sound like my workouts are efficient enough to acheive some toning up? (With 3 small kids, I'm limited on time)
