I've been stuck in a plateau for 6 months. Initially I lost 40lbs. but I haven't been able to drop weight or inches even though I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything right.
1. I lift weights 2x a week, 30 min cardio sessions 3x a week and do kickboxing for 1 1/2 hrs. 4x a week, run for an hour 2x a week so about 6 days of 1-2hrs exercise.
2. I limit my fat and sugar intake, eat approx 1500 cal. a day
3. I drink 8 cups of water a day
Shouldn't something change? I know I'm clinically overweight and I do have a lot of flab hanging around. I haven't even gone down a pound! What can I do? I've tried cutting calories but then I don't have enough energy for working out. Am I doing too much? What is going wrong?
