Hi guys! Great to join this online fitness community! I am 18 years old, 5'7'', and 195 pounds. My current diet is totally a health-killer - I eat high-school lunch, which as you know is totally unhealthy. I tried eating the salads over there, but the salads at school taste paper.
I am totally ready to start. My friend recommended me taking Protoplex as a dietary replacement plan. I think I need to just not eat the school food. I am also Chinese, so I eat rice (huge carbs). So far here's my plan.

Toast or
Cereal or
Oatmeal plus
Skim Milk

Carrots and
Bananas and
Oranges and
Pears plus
Deli Sandwich or
Protoplex or
Turkey Sandwich or
Ham Sandwich

Chinese food fried with vegatable oil (is this any good?)

I also plan to take some snacks/brunch in between.

I also work out at the Gym for one to 1 1/2 hours (treadmill, ab crunch machines, weights, etc)

Is this a good diet plan? If not, please tell me what I should do.

Last, given my height, age, and weight is Protoplex a good diet replacement or are there better ones?

Please respond and thanks for helping!
