ill start off by letting you know that im 18, 5'11, and around 240 (i think), and a size 16. lately ive been walking about 2-3 miles a day. i just wondered, is that enough? or should i be doing more?

eat less. eat only when you are hungry, and dont eat anything with excessive amounts of sugar or fat. keep up the walking, and add weight lifting if possible to boost your metabloism and burn calories faster. drink tons of water and cut the pop and juice.
