Does Your body burn as many calories when You exersize in cold weather? I do not sweat now that it is cold outside.(I walk and run outside)I do not feel like I am going to get the same results as I did when it was warm outside, and I sweat my butt off??

Think of it this way...you actually burn MORE calories when it is cold outside because your body has to heat up MORE because it is cold. So your internal temp is higher to keep you warm.
