I noticed that if I do gain weight, it mostly goes to my stomach and my face & neck. The stomach fat, I can lose since I can just do sit-ups. But for the face and neck, all I know is running might help. Are there any other exercises I can do to help reduce the fat around my neck and face besides running??? Or anything that will help eliminate fat from those areas?
