Alright here it goes. I'm 21 years old and 6'4 I weigh 260 pounds and would really like to lose weight I dont have alot of money so a gym is out of the question I love going on walks but it doesn't seem to be enough. What I would like to know is the answers to the following questions.

1) How much an an ideal weight for me?
2) I want to tone up my muscles along with losing weight is there a good way to do this? or do I have to do one then the other?
3) What kind of diet would you recommend for losing weight without killing myself over eatting salads with no dressing for every meal every day
4) if I am just starting and havent worked out in awhile what would be a good starting workout plan?

The places I would like to work on are my biceps triceps stomach pecks maybe legs legs would be last tho since my legs arent that bad so pretty much everything lol Thanks for the help in advance
