I've recently noticed that I have started to gain weight and I'm trying to figure out the main culprit. I've still been trying to eat right and exercise but, I've got a stressful job 5 days a week where I have to wake up at around 6 in the morning, so in the evenings I just want to pass out. I've mainly been doing pilates and yoga when I can, and jog every now and again as well. Maybe around 3-5 days a week scattered about here and there. But I've noticed that back last summer when I jogged about every day, I looked really great. Also during winter break I did a lot of pilates and treadmill just about every day and looked good too. So is my body that high maintenance that I have to do excercise every day, or is there something else going on. Could it be the stress from the job and low energy? Is there anyway I could boost my energy if that's true?
