Just had a baby three months ago and I've almost lost the weight..ALL BUT THE LAST 12 POUNDS!! I work out six days a week (1 & 1/2 hour cardio and 30 mins. weights and strength training). Diet is just okay (big breakfast, light lunch, no dinner). I can feel muscle under this layer of wobbly junk! How do I get the last bit off? Also, if you work out too much does it stop being effective (or has someone been feeding me lies?)? Please help!
