I am about 7 1/2 months pregnant and want to keep in shape(or get into better shape) espeically considering i am hungry alot more (ha ha) i have been walking daily when the weather allows..what can i do that is safe to get toned or keep what little bit of "tonedness" i had before and what can i do to get in shape after i deliver???? thank you PLEASE HELP
