Whats up everyone. I barely turn 17 years old and I weigh about 141 right now. Used to weigh 150. I currently about 2 years ago got on a medication that lowered my metabolism and made me gain some weight. But I wasnt eating good either.

I have some stomach fat i'd like to get rid of. I run everyday for about 10-20 min straight, then walk home. I also lift weights, curl,bench and everything. Take protein drink. I also do crunches but I would like to know if this is good? I also am drinking lot of water.

I barely started this about last week, how long like a good estimate you think until I might be able to see some results? Thanks
