Hi everyone
Firstly great site!
I am 22, am 5"3 and weigh about 110pounds. my correct weight is 100pounds for my size ( i know its under my proper weight but for me 100 is normal- not too skinny.. i must have light bones).. anyways i have 10pounds to lose asap!

for the past 2 weeks i have eaten well and been on the bike every day for 20 minutes and still no shift in my weight! i have just bought an aerobics tae bo-like video and am doing 25minutes in the mornign and biking it every day for 5 days a week... do you think this will help me shift those 10 pounds? thanks for all your advice!
