I walk on the treadmill for 1hr. 4mph daily and do a step aerobics tape 30min every other day. Which burns more calories???? I wouldn't mind doing the tape for 1 hr. if it burned more calories. I also do 20min of floor exercises for toning and eating healthy. I need to lose 25 more and I know they will be the hardest. Any help?
