ok im a 17 year old female with naturally muscular thighs from dancing all my life. problem is ive had to cut back on dancing recently because of an ongoing back injury. my legs are still muscular but the butt that i barely have is getting flabby. I was told that squats will help build a bigger one but at the same time im afraid my already bulky thighs will get bigger. any suggestions to prevent this?
