I am 18 yrs old,(6'3) have been working out for about a year on and off. I have 170-175 pounds (it changes everyday) I'm not overweight and I have increased in body mass a bit in my arms and a little in chest. I have used protein shakes but stopped due to high price. I am looking to gain 15 more pounds to gain my optimum weight and size. I want to gain bigger chest but its just not wotking out, what can I do. Also can you tell me what foods should I avoid and what is good for mucle building. Lastly I am thinking about using NO2, any input? Thanks in advance! |
