Hi everyone.
I used to be very fit, that was about 10 years ago, Since leaving the forces I have let myself go to rack and ruin. It wasn't helped by a back injury which has basically stopped me from using weights and left me stiffer than an ironing board.I now weigh over 120 lbs and the only exercise I currently get is from walking the dogs for about half an hour every morning. Can someone please reccomend a fitness regime that would help me to regain some suppleness and also lose weight. Thanks.
