Hi, I just started out weight lifting about two months ago. I am only able to work out three times a week Monday Wednesday and Friday, for about one hour each day. My question is would it be better to work out just every muscle every day or concentrate on lower/upper body on alternating days? My only concern is if I do the former I can't do as many sets per workout, and if I do the latter then I only work each muscle essentially twice every eight days. Thanks for your help! |
