It depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for the time that will burn the most calories, then do it in the morning. It will get your heart rate up and you will burn more calories all day long. But that said,there have been some studies that say the best time to exercise is from 3pm-8pm because you are less likely to have an injury.

I personally do both, 30 mins of Tae-bo in the morning and 30 mins of something else in the evening hours.
