im a guy and i was bout 12 years old. i wanted a six pack 2 impress the ladies ;) so i started doing 100 situps a day, i did it for about 8 months and then got 2 lazy and stopped. it was about 1 and a half year later that i realized my butt got bigger but i never knew why, now im 15 and wen i turned 15 i realized all my upper body fat went 2 my butt when i used 2 do situps and thas why im so skinny. is there ANY POSSIBLE way 2 get that butt fat bak up into my upper body??
please reply!! NEED HELP!!!!!!!!
