Well my story is kind of long but I hope somebody can help me. I am currently 16 years old and started a training program a year ago only with my advice. I jog around 45 minutes everyday (about 10 minute a mile) and do weight training three times a week. I also work my abs three times a week. I did lose weight. I was at 230 lbs. and went to 180 lbs. My primary goal was to get big and get muscular definition and lose weight of course. Well I only lost weight but my muscles seem to get smaller. Everyday I do weight training it seems to be harder for me intead of being easier. I went to a gym and a trainer told me I should only do cardio 20 minutes three time a week and weight train three times a week. He said the same thing for my abs. Well I did not believe it. That is why I am asking this forum for help. Even that I lose all that weight I still have a belly I mean my pants are way looser than before, but I want to see definition and bigger muscles. I even tried supplements like whey protein and stuff like that, but they did not seem to have worked. Anyway I want to know if my routine is overtraining or how should I train? Also if anybody has any comments about this abswing machine I keep hearing good stuff about it. If you want to give me more detailed help email me please.
