alright people, im not fully comprehending here...im a student athlete in cross country and running year round. i keep track of what i eat how many calories im taking in and burning and i no doubt am burning way more calories then i consume. and resulting, i probably am not loosing weight because my metabolism is much too low. but thats not what im questioning about. i dont understand how i can be gaining muscule mass/weight when im not eating nearly enough to maintain, let alone BUILD it. here i am living a straight-up slimming diet/lifestyle, and im continually gaining muscule, muscule i actually dont want. how is this possible? i want to LOOSE this muscule.
