do plenty of cardio, add some weight training in aswell, but mostly cardio, this will burn body fat and the weight training will speed up your Metabolic rate which burns fat at rest, forget about turning fat into muscle, it can't be done, two diffferent tissues, just concentrate on burning bodyfat
