im male, 5'10 23yrs old...weigh about 220lbs...My BMI is in the danger zone. I have been working out for about a 2 weeks now. My current routine is working out on the eliptical for about an 1/2 to hour a day for 4-5 days a week. Do you think this is a good workout routine, or do u think i should include lifting weights. Can u guys suggest a routine for myself. Because what i really want to do is lose my gut and my fairly large breast ( for a male). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
