My doctor once told me that the first 30 minutes of exercise your body is just warming up, so I usually do 45 minutes to a 60 minute work out. I think it is up to the individual how long they can do it. Because I am a walker I walk or power walk for 45 to 60 minutes but if you are a runner then maybe 30 minutes is okay.
