The weight that you are gaining may be muscle weight. You can still workout, but use light weight/high reps to tone muscle and keep your heart rate in the "fat burning zone" (65% of max HR) during your cardio workout. No late meals and water only! Watch the saturated fat and high carbs. Substitute protien when you can. You follow this and you'll see results.
