I'm 17, 6'2 and weigh 210. I am muscular, but don't look that way because I have something of a large "belly" area. Is there a way to lose the fat that is hanging around? My diet consists of water(quite a bit), very little soda(not a fan of the taste) and some, if any juice. I try to eat balanced meals, and I have fruits and veggies everyday.

I have one other question, if you have no access to a gym, (my parents won't let me), what are some good exercises?
