im 14, tall, at 123 pounds, and i really want to loose weight, so did sum research. Drinking plenty of water helps. I started doing so, just two weeks ago. At first it wuz hard to drink those 8cups, but after a while, i got so used to it, that now im constantly thirsty. I read that the majority of ppl mistake the need of water for hunger. Also cut down on carbs.
