Hi! This message is for Pete the fitness trainer. I just wanted to know what kind of exersizes should I do to make my upper arms, thighs and tummy smaller? I have an indoor bike at home and ususally ride for 30 minutes non stop. I also watch what I eat too. I'm 5'5 and weight 143 lbs. I also wanted to know if bananas are ok to eat while trying to lose weight. If you rcould help me out, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks! |
