Hi, my name is Tiffany and I have a little bit of a workout problem. I am 20 years old, 5'7 and 110lbs. I have a VERY high metabolism. I've been working out to keep healthy not to lose weight in any way at all. All I want to achieve is muscle tone, I just want to gain good firm muscles, but I always end up losing weight. And thats not good, cause I don't weight my ideal weight in the first place. I am about 10 underweight, but thats a problem I've delt with for years because of my high metabolism. It runs in my family. All I want to do is do a good work out to fill out a little more with muscle and maybe find a way to add a little to my weight. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would greatly apprieciate it. Thanks for listening to me.
