hi. im a high school female athlete and i want to lose 5 lbs for my field hockey season. practice starts in only a week. how fast can i lose weight and still stay healthy? also, is it ok to lose weight while playing on a sports team or will you just end up tired? i heard that losing weight can drain your energy and i don't want to risk that b/c it is important to play well. Thanks!
